Yes, all our products only use natural-derived and vegan ingredients. We only use fresh, safe and efficacious ingredients which will leave your hair feeling and looking beautiful! All of our products are free from sulphates, silicones, parabens, SLS, artificial fragrance and dyes. We don’t believe in adding ingredients that serve no purpose so each product is made up of only active ingredients.
Yes, all our products go through vigorous stability and safety testing to ensure that we are in compliance with the Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and Good Manufacturing Practice.
All of our products are manufactured in England in accordance with EU regulation and GMP standards.

Yes they do! All of our products use clean, toxic-free ingredients and adhere to the strictest cosmetic safety standard in the world! Our plant-based formulas are made without any harsh ingredients such as sulphates, silicones, mineral oil, artificial colour, artificial fragrance, phthalates, paraben and petrochemicals.

Yes, our packaging and shipping materials are recyclable. Here at The Hair Mix we care about the planet and are always working on making our company more ethical and sustainable.
All orders are normally dispatched using Royal Mail within 2 working days after receipt of payment.
Please email info@thehairmix.com within 5 days of delivery and we will provide a return label. In order to receive replacements, you must provide photos of your damaged items.
We recommend that you check all details before submitting your order. We can not cancel orders once they’ve been placed; however, you can refuse your package when it arrives. Once the refused package is returned we will process your refund (please note shipping is non-refundable).
We currently ship from the U.K. to customers around the world. Please update the check out page with your address for shipping rates. If your country is not listed please do contact us. Please note you are responsible for any customs payments for international deliveries.
